I would like to offer my time and training to you in a number of different fields. For medical consultations, I suggest a donation of $50 per hour, but I am open to receive whatever you feel my time is worth. When is the last time you got an hour of a doctor’s attention for $50? Most likely, you received 5-10 minutes of time for that same price, though you may have had a third party pay most of the bill. If there is an area about which I am not well trained, I am willing to do research for you, and discuss my findings in light of your medical situation or tests.
Note: As I do not hold an active medical license in any country, I cannot prescribe any medications to you, but I can discuss options, review and discuss tests, and make recommendations for further testing and treatments by licensed physicians or other practitioners, and recommend herbal, nutritional, or other non-medical treatments.
The Breakthrough Experience
I have been trained to guide you through the Breakthrough Experience, in which you will make contact with a personal aspect of God. (Jesus, Mary, the Holy Spirit, Krishna, Kwan Yin are some of the ways in which God is expressed in a personal form to humanity.) You will learn how to have that personal contact with God, how to hear the Voice of God, how to differentiate communications from God from those originating from your ego, mind, or other entities. This was truly a breakthrough in my own spiritual growth, and I enjoy sharing it. I have never been paid for my services in this area, but I suggest a donation of $35. My teacher, Dr. Susan Shumsky, charges at least $150 for her time, and she is very good. I could also refer you to her, if you would like, or to other people in the US who do this on a donation basis.
Medical Areas of Expertise
As I am primarily trained as a Family Practitioner, before I went into alternative medicine, my whole outlook is that of a generalist, not a specialist. I tend to look at the whole person, not just the disease process. My medical practices generally contained several practitioners: An acupuncturist for balancing the energy flows in the body, a chiropractor or osteopath to restore structural integrity and balance, massage therapists for relaxation, structural balance and energy flow, sometimes a clinical nutritionist, and a medical doctor for biochemical (medical) treatments. I also trained in Reflexology, Reiki, and the Barbara Brennan School of energy healing.
The dysfunctions of many body regulatory systems contribute to the development of the pain and fatigue of fibromyalgia. There are many interacting causes, and many possible interventions, depending on your own personal case. Find out how best to restore your own body’s homeostasis—self regulation.
- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
CFS is another disorder with many possible contributing factors. Identifying these factors is a key to restoring normal body function. Most doctors have no clue as to how to unravel this puzzle. Is it worth it to you to explore the possibilities?
Hypothyroidism is a common but often missed diagnosis. Most physicians, even endocrinologists, are unable to recognize functional hypothyroidism, and instead make their diagnosis solely on the basis of laboratory tests. They treat the test, and not the person. Recognizing the weaknesses of laboratory tests for thyroid dysfunction is essential, as is knowledge of other means of evaluating the status of, and effectively treating, this common disorder.
- Wilson’s [Thyroid] Syndrome
Wilson’s Syndrome is a variety of functional hypothyroidism, in which the patient has many signs and symptoms of low thyroid function (low body temperature, weight gain, fatigue, menstrual irregularities, etc.), but his or her lab tests are normal. Normalizing body temperature and restoring the regulation of the thyroid system will often bring markedimprovement to the patient.
- Menopausal Symptoms and hormonal deficiencies
Hormone replacement therapy used to be standard for treating menopausal symptoms and hormonal deficits. But suddenly one day, it was announced as dangerous! What is the real story, and why is it important to you and your well-being? Are menopausal symptoms just a nuisance, or are they something that really should be treated? And if so, what is the best way to treat?
- Bioidentical Hormone Replacement
The most common hormones prescribed for menopausal symptoms are either not normal human hormones, or are not normally found in the levels prescribed. These hormones are recognized as contributing to heart disease, stroke, and breast disease. Normal human female hormones, prescribed in levels that replace normal levels of these hormones, have been found to be helpful in osteoporosis, preventing breast cancer, eliminating menopausal symptoms, improving sexual function, and decreasing signs of aging.
- Male Hormone Replacement
Low testosterone levels are one of the risk factors for heart disease, prostate disease, diabetes, sexual dysfunction, and signs and symptoms of aging.
- Allergies, Asthma and Hay Fever
A vaccine made of the patient’s own blood has been shown to be 85% effective in the treatment of hay fever, asthma and allergies.
- Neural Therapy for Autonomic Nervous System Balance and hidden causes of illness
The Autonomic Nervous System is the hidden automatic controller behind most bodily functions. Yet, it can be disrupted by many hidden disorders, from seemingly insignificant old scars from accidents or surgery, to chronic inflammations of the intestines or other organs, to intoxication by environmental toxins, to psychological stresses and hidden memories. Find out how to identify autonomic imbalance, eliminate its causes, and restore balance to the body and mind.
- Emotional Freedom Therapy
An easy to do self therapy to treat emotional or physical imbalances of the mind, body or its energy system. EFT is a short cut that is often effective in treating Autonomic Nervous System and psychological imbalances.
- Sclerotherapy for joint weakness and pain
Avoid surgery with a safer and more effective treatment for arthritis, loose and unstable joints, and many other disorders. No, I cannot perform it for you, but I can discuss whether it is appropriate for you, and where to get it done.
- Heavy Metal Intoxication
Whether it is mercury from your teeth, or lead and cadmium from the environment, heavy metals often are the cause of nerve dysfunction, high blood pressure, and a host of other disorders. Learn about the causes, presentation and treatments of medical detoxification programs.
- Hair Analysis Testing and Interpretation
Where to get it done, why to get it done, how to interpret it, and what to do about it.
- Nutritional Testing and Interpretation
Learn about the availability of tests showing the nutrition which is actually inside of your cells. Not every vitamin or mineral pill that you swallow is needed, and sometimes the ones you need don’t get from your stomach into your cells!
- Leaky Gut Syndrome
A major cause of arthritis, colitis, brain inflammation, autism, and autoimmune disorders. Learn about the common causes, and what to do about it. Also, the relation to Genetically Modified food substances.
- Autism, causes and treatments
I do not consider myself an expert in autism, though I am familiar with many of the causes and treatments. I would be glad to discuss your child’s case, and recommend further testing to pin down the causes, and recommend knowledgeable treatment centers.
- Reiki and Energy Medicine
While I am trained as a Reiki Master, I prefer not to do Reiki treatments with Internet clients, but I can discuss the options with you and make referrals for different kinds of spiritual or energy treatments.
- Brain Biofeedback for Epilepsy, Attention Deficit, Brain Damage and other brain disorders
The brain is highly capable of reprogramming itself to work around areas of damage or dysfunction. It just needs to get some information from outside that tells it how it is doing! Neurofeedback, or brain biofeedback, can be very helpful in reducing or eliminating the need for medications in Epilepsy, improving attention span in ADD/ADHD, improving function in stroke or traumatic brain injuries, and even improving your golf score! Ask me if it would be worth your while to explore this option for you or your loved ones, and where to get it done.
- Stem Cell Therapy
What is the real status? Is it ethical? Is it moral? Is it effective? What conditions seem to respond the best? Where can I receive Stem Cell Therapy?
Please send an email regarding your question to firstname.lastname@example.org, when you would be available for a discussion, how much time you would like to spend, and how to contact you. I prefer email for initial contact, but your telephone number or (better!) Skype may be needed later on.
